• Tony English

  Tony English is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Oxinia Group, a fast growing group of niche recruitment businesses which includes Resource Innovations, Purcon Consultants and Alto Executive. Tony began his commercial career in Sales and Marketing within the construction industry followed by sales and operation planning in the global toy industry. After a post graduate course in Operations Research he joined Purcon in 1987 as a Senior Consultant and quickly joined the Board before launching an MBO of the business in 1996. After presiding over significant growth in Purcon through to 2001, Tony expanded the business via acquisition in to Europe (Belgium and Poland) and subsequently in to HR (Resource Innovations) and IT Recruiting (Alto).

  

• Jeremy Drew

  Jeremy Drew has been in IT Interim and Permanent recruitment since 1987. Originally a recruitment consultant with Computer People Jeremy joined the senior management team prior to starting Alto Executive in 1996. After twelve years, he merged Alto with the Oxinia Group, becoming a Group Director to drive and expand its services in to Executive IT recruitment. Jeremy started his working life as a mechanical engineer before moving in to FMCG sales with Rowntree Mackintosh (now part of Nestle). Jeremy in his own words is an eternal salesman having worked in sales for several large global organisations and having been involved in establishing five successful start-up companies over the last twenty four years.
